RN 12 LEAD HOLTER MONITOR

Many heart problems are sporadic, and patients often cannot detect abnormalities when they go to the hospital for an electrocardiogram. The duration of a standard ECG is sometimes too short to diagnose paroxysmal atrial flutter.

A 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram is commonly used in clinical practice to assist diagnosis. The Holter monitor can detect arrhythmias that are difficult to identify during routine examinations, and it can also record their frequency and severity.
